Data protection policy

S.C. Atlas Imobiliare S.R.L., which will be further named Atlas Benelux, as personal data operator, hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data by automatic/manual means on this website.

As requested by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection), Atlas Benelux, undertakes to manage legally, on a confidential and secure basis, and only for the specified purposes, the personal data which you provide to us about you, by using this website. Personal data shall not be distributed without your consent to any third parties (mass-media, insurance companies, other situations etc.) or to the family members, unless you express in writing your consent. The confidentiality of the personal data is kept even after your death.

The previous provisions do not refer to certain cases laid down by law (e.g.: upon the request of the criminal investigation bodies, if there is an ongoing criminal investigation, upon the request of the courts, of the police, of the Prosecutor’s Office etc. or if there is a court order in this respect).

Your refusal to provide the necessary data to the company results in the impossibility of processing the personal data.

The recorded information is intended for use by Atlas Benelux but can be provided to law or government agencies, if the case may be, on the basis of the legal requirements in force.

In accordance with the Regulation above, you shall enjoy the right of access, of intervention upon the data, the right not to be the subject of individual decisions and the right to address the court. You have the following rights: access to data, data rectification, “the right to be forgotten”, the right to restricting the processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

We hereby inform you that you have the right to request the access to your personal data, as well as the rectification or erasure of these data or the restricting of the processing, in accordance with the law, as well as the right to file a complaint with the surveillance authority, if you consider that your rights weren’t respected.

You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data which concern you and to request the erasure of such data. For the exercise of those rights, you may submit a written request, dated and signed, at the registered office of our company, at the contact data mentioned in the header, to the attention of the legal representative. However, the exercise of those rights shall result in the impossibility of our company taking medical action. If some of the data about you are incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.

We shall collect and process the personal data (name, e-mail address, telephone number) provided by you, for the purpose of concluding the contract and/or managing the collaboration relationship between you and the undersigned.

We do NOT intend to transfer these data to another company (marketing and advertising company).

The data shall be stored for a definite period of time, as long as there is a contract in force between the undersigned and you, and in the event of dispute, during the settlement of this dispute, as well as in accordance with the legislation in force in so far as we have the legal obligation to keep contracts, invoices, payment documents and any other legal documents in the accounts and in the archive of the company.

We shall establish technical and procedural measures in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of your processed personal data; we shall prevent the use or the unauthorized access and the violation of the safety of the personal data, in accordance with the laws in force.

We also inform you that your data is stored on the servers of the website hosting company, Hosterion S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, having servers all across the globe.
